About the Project
Project Overview and My Role
The project focuses on deeply understanding user pain points, mapping stakeholder ecosystems, and validating market opportunities to create effective solutions. My role as a strategic designer involved designing research processes to uncover user insights, developing user personas to guide product design and branding, crafting the business model, identifying revenue streams, and formulating a go-to-market strategy.
Additionally, as an Entrepreneurial Lead in the TDK GDC accelerator program facilitated by IIT Madras, I contributed to refining the business model and developing investment-ready pitches to scale the project.

Owing to a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Periwinkle Labs, I’m unable to disclose specific details about the project. However, I’d be happy to connect and share my personal experiences and key takeaways from the journey.
